As a 50-year-old, active and healthy male with no ED issues, I wanted to improve what I had and start a program of maintenance to minimise any issues down the track. I believe in preventative maintenance. Eric's course was so easy to follow and his authenticity was so easy to see. His stretches and the explanations each week on how to do it were so good. No equipment is needed. You can complete every workout using your own body weight, a kitchen chair and a couch pillow all from the comfort of home
